GTM Buddy is a venture-funded B2B product startup founded by seasoned founders & startup professionals with a strong track record of building highly successful and globally recognized startups We are now on a mission to build a next-generation SaaS platform to revolutionize sales tech and intend to challenge the status quo worldwide.Why GTM Buddy?Because it is THE place where you can learn, grow, teach, help others grow, build things together and see the results of (y)our work with global customers.Position Title:​ Product DesignerLocation:​ Hyderabad, IndiaDepartment:​ ProductWhat you will do hereGTM Buddy is looking for a full spectrum Product Designer who can help in crafting experiences for a next-gen sales technology platform that are intuitive, differentiated and visually appealing.At GTM Buddy, as a Product Designer you will need toDevelop a solid understanding of the product, user and buyer personasUnderstand problem statements and design end-to-end solutions in collaboration with PMs and EngineersArticulate your solution using high fidelity prototypes with internal stakeholders and customersMake sure all scenarios are covered in your designs and work with developers to ensure error-free translation of wireframes & visual design to codeFocus on analyzing user behavior, adoption metrics and propose UX improvements that move the needleCreate designs that are visually appealing and find creative ways to represent data to usersContribute and ship improvements to the design systemTo qualify for the role, you must haveWorked as an in-house product designer for 4+ yearsWorked on B2B SaaS products for 2+ yearsWorked closely with engineers on implementation, and have a good understanding of modern CSS and JSExpert-level proficiency with FigmaExperience in creating or contributing to design systemsThe ability to confidently articulate your design work and convince others of your reasoningDemonstrated a growth mindset in your work experienceReady to operate in a startup environment - you understand the value of speed, are organized, self-motivated and autonomous
