Website:www.axestrack.comRole Overview: The Customer Success Associate will report to the Head of FO vertical and act as a bridge between fleet owners and the company. This role will be responsible for managing the entire customer life-cycle—from on-boarding to retention—while ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, transportation, or cement / automobile related sectors such as telematics, logistics, and transportation.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key point of contact for fleet owners, managing all aspects of their engagement with the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet business and manage their expectations effectively. Understand fleet owners’ business needs, provide consultative solutions, and align company offerings accordingly. Identify opportunities for business growth within the fleet owner segment and provide insights to the sales team. Keep a close watch on market trends, competition, and strategic business shifts to maintain a competitive edge. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the company’s products and services, ensuring customers derive maximum value. Train fleet owners and their teams on product utilization and adoption. Develop and execute account success plans to maximize product usage, customer retention, and repeat business. Work with data analytic to provide actionable insights that help fleet owners optimize their operations. Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.Requirements: A graduate from a reputable institution (B.Tech preferred) with 1-2 years of relevant client or account management experience. Previous experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, telematics, or B2B SaaS sectors is highly desirable. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, with excellent presentation abilities. Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a keen ability to understand operational challenges and provide effective solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
