Job Responsibilities:

- Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

- Scoping tasks, phases and projects with input from multiple resources, estimations

- Development and management of project timelines and project plans

- Identification and mitigation of project risks, time to time

- Validation and presentation of project deliverables

- Assurance of quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources

- Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications

- Schedules and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery

- Ensures that challenges and issues faced by technical team is accurately conveyed to all stakeholders

- Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members

- Keep the communication warm and complete all the time all the internal and external stakeholders/ customers

- Work on solutions for clients based on the scope of regular deliverables; provide resource planning, effort estimation and project execution plan

- Prepare project costing and budgeting for approval from internal stakeholders using pre-set templates and share it with the assigned stakeholders for client sign-off"

- Perform development, QA, and dev-ops roles as needed to ensure total end to end responsibility of solutions

- Mentor junior and senior engineers, provides code reviews, feedback, and enables professional growth.

- Provide consultation and support to Program Management on custom Omnichannel solutions and 5 to 7 Years of experience leading the development and implementation of Data / Analytics Implementations

- Having experience of working in Data Strategy/ Data Migration

- Having experience in driving these in BFSI will be a huge plus

- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred

- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department

- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in a quantitative field required, including Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, and Operations Research
