DigiHelic - SAP EWM Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation

Responsibilities :

  • EWM Configuration and Customization
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Customize SAP EWM to support business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to recommend and implement improvements.

Integration Management:

  • Manage and execute the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (PP, QM, SD, TM, and MM).
  • Develop and configure ALE, EDI, and IDOC interfaces to facilitate seamless communication between SAP EWM and other systems.
  • Ensure proper data exchange and integration with external systems and thirdparty applications.

Project Execution :

  • Lead and participate in multiple full cycle implementations of SAP EWM, including planning, execution, and golive support.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, technical developers, and stakeholders, to deliver successful projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts.

Troubleshooting and Support :

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP EWM systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and incidents in SAP EWM.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective utilization of SAP EWM solutions.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay uptodate with the latest SAP EWM advancements and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and best practice discussions within the team.

Qualifications :

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of handson SAP configuration experience in EWM.
  • Experience in working in an EWM environment within S/4HANA.
  • Participation and execution of at least two full cycle implementations of SAP EWM.

Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of SAP EWM architecture and functionalities.
  • Experience with ALE, EDI, and IDOC configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (PP, QM, SD, TM, MM).

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in working with international and remote teams.
  • SAP EWM certification is a plus.
