  • Oversee recruitment and selection, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires, fostering ongoing employee development.
  • Manage performance evaluations, offering guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary measures.
  • Maintain secure and accurate HR records, showcasing your ability to influence and build high-performing teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR Manager experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Track record in recruiting and onboarding remote teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
