Foxtale has become one of India's efficacious product brands with premiere lab trials across the globe. In the coming years our vision is to onboard innovative products that go beyond topical solutions and focus on improving skin health.
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to guide our marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimization of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
- Track and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and consumer preferences.
- Evaluate industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Evaluation:
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Use insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Work with digital marketing, content, and product teams to develop targeted strategies.
- Support marketing strategy development with data-backed recommendations.
- Tool Utilization:
- Use tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing platforms to analyze and visualize data.
- Implement automation processes to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a data-driven marketing environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic coding for data analysis is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Indian consumer behavior and regional market trends.
- Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
