Our Rajasthan project focuses on modern, eco-friendly urban mobility solutions with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Role Overview: We are hiring a Depot Headto manage daily operations of anEV bus depot , ensuring high fleet availability, efficient scheduling, and smooth charging operations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete depot operations including dispatch, scheduling, vehicle turnaround, and staff management (drivers, technicians, supervisors). Ensure timely deployment and return of buses while maintaining high operational efficiency. Supervise and coordinate overall maintenance of buses, depot infrastructure, and equipment to minimize downtime. Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and government regulations. Manage infrastructure & facility oversight including workshops, offices, charging stations, parking, signage, and cleanliness. Liaise with management and control center to ensure smooth operations, service quality, and continuous improvement.Requirements: Education:Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or Transport Management. Preferred: Postgraduate Diploma. Experience:4–7 years in depot/fleet operations (EV preferred).
