Join the movement and become a LongevianRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to lead performance tracking and insights across our E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms (Shopify, Website, App). This role is pivotal in turning data into strategic decisions that drive growth, optimize customer journeys, and elevate overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze performance across all digital platforms including D2C and marketplaces.Provide actionable insights on user behavior, marketing campaigns, conversion funnels, and product performance.Build and maintain real-time dashboards and performance reports.Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to inform and improve decision-making.Forecast demand, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.What You’ll Bring4–7 years of experience in a data or analytics role within E-commerce, D2C, or Consumer Tech.Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart).Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred QualificationsAny Graduate/Post-Graduate.Experience in the health, wellness, or nutraceuticals space.Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing tools, and web/app analytics.Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a strong plus.Why Work With Us?Be part of a purpose-led company shaping the future of health and longevity.High-impact role with significant ownership and room for growth.Collaborate with a passionate and agile team in a rapidly scaling startup environment.If interested, share your resume at hr@decodeage.com
