Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager based at Chennai in Chiller Rentals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities in temperature control services. This includes understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and drive revenue growth for the company.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales in the Chiller industry (Bluestar, Carrier, Trane etc)
  • Strong understanding of temperature control equipment and its applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the rental power industry is a plus
