The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position will work closely with the senior leadership team to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.Key Responsibilities / KRAs- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost-control processes.- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.- Analyze financial data and present insights to support strategic and operational decisions.- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation requirements, and audit standards.- Manage company accounts, general ledger, cash flow, and working capital.- Implement and monitor internal financial controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.- Optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency through ERP and finance software tools.- Drive cost optimization initiatives and monitor manufacturing overheads.- Lead, mentor, and guide finance team members to ensure high standards of performance.- Support leadership with decision-support analyses, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all financial reporting activities.Required Skillsets- Strong proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.- Expertise in accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and data interpretation.- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance software.- Strong understanding of risk management, cost control, and internal controls.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing finance teams.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Masters degree or certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA preferred.- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
