The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 1–5 Years
  • Shift: 12:30pm to 9:30pm Or 11:00am to 8:00pm and 1pm to 10pm
  • Week Off: Sat and Sun Fixed Off
  • Industry: B2B / BPO
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Fresher and Experience Both can apply
