Job Title: Associate – Talent AcquisitionLocation: BangaloreDepartment: Human Resources – Talent AcquisitionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities across Arul Group divisions (Engineering, Construction, EPC, Manufacturing, Corporate & Design).This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring, capable of managing multiple requirements, and eager to grow in HR.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & ScreeningSource candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, fitment, and experience.Maintain a strong pipeline for junior to mid-level roles.2. Recruitment CoordinationSchedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely updates.Coordinate assessments, tests, and technical evaluations.3. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Share shortlisted profiles in the defined format.Maintain clear communication and timely status updates.4. Documentation & Process ComplianceMaintain candidate data, tracking sheets, and recruitment reports.Assist in onboarding coordination (offer letters, documents, joining formalities).Ensure hiring process adherence across all divisions.5.
