- Analyze market trends and feedback to identify potential business opportunities.

- Integrate industry insights into sales presentations and strategies to appeal to clients' Process Management:

- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, guiding them through account setup and initial investment options.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and service Leadership & Training:

- Lead and mentor a team of junior sales executives, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams knowledge of stock market products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.

- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall productivity.

- Foster a results-driven team culture by motivating and inspiring members to meet and exceed Knowledge & Training:

- Continuously enhance knowledge of stock market products, services, and regulatory

guidelines.

- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new services, financial regulations, and stock market trends.

- Educate clients about stock market basics, investment risks, and potential returns to support informed & Documentation:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

- Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and business development Bachelor's /mastre's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related Proven experience in sales or business development within the financial services or stock market industry preferred.

- Strong understanding of stock market products, trading, and investment basics.

- Prior experience in a team-leading or supervisory role in sales is a Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse clients.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a sales team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven Qualifications

- Certifications related to finance or stock market operations.
