Retail Liabilities Team Lead

In our Customer Experience Center, we seek a skilled Cec Team Leader to manage a team of 15-18 officers handling inbound calls in Retail Liabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on quality, call productivity, sales, and shrinkage as per defined benchmarks.
- Manage team performance to meet business objectives.
- Ensure discipline on the floor and resolve officer queries.
- Assist customers, raise issues to respective departments for resolution, and update officers on process/product updates.
- Manage escalated customer calls and complaints with end-to-end resolution.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with:
- Graduate degree.
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in servicing financial products and at least one year in managing a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work 24/7, including Sundays and holidays.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Leadership skills, including team motivation and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
