Job Title: Solutions Sales Leader – Data Solutions Skills: Data Sales, New Logo Acquisition, Consultative Selling, Business Development, GTM, Data services on 3 hyperscalers, Market Research Experience: 18+ years Location: Greater Noida, 5 days work from office Job Summary: The Data Solutions Sales Leader will be responsible to drive our data transformation agenda across the APAC region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep technical expertise in data architecture and a proven ability to lead consultative, value-driven engagements across industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on technologist and a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders Key Responsibilities : Strategic Sales Leadership • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Coforge’s Data & AI offerings across Singapore, Thailand, and broader APAC • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships • Align sales initiatives with Coforge’s global data vision and regional business objectives Consultative Solution Selling • Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data challenges and architect tailored solutions across: • Data Architecture & Engineering • Data Warehousing & Data Lakes • Data Governance & Quality • Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Business Intelligence • Lead complex sales cycles with a focus on business value, ROI, and digital transformation outcomes Client & Partner Engagement • Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, and technology leaders • Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), partners to co-develop and co-sell data solutions Solution Development & Delivery Collaboration • Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to shape winning proposals and ensure seamless execution • Provide strategic input into solution design, pricing, and delivery models Pipeline & Forecast Management • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined deal progression • Leverage CRM tools and analytics to drive data-driven sales decisions Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence • Represent Coforge at industry events, client roundtables, and executive briefings • Stay ahead of APAC market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioning Skills & Experience: • 18+ years in enterprise technology sales, with at least 7+ years in data solutions leadership roles • Strong hands-on understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms • Proven success selling into BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors in APAC • Deep familiarity with the business and regulatory environments in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand etc.
