Position Overview:

The Product and Solutioning Head in a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) company is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and delivery of innovative communication solutions. This role requires deep expertise in product management, solution design, and customer engagement strategies to ensure the company's offerings align with market needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision

- Define and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market trends.

- Conduct market research, analyze competitor landscapes, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Develop a clear product vision that resonates with customers and drives business growth.

2. Solution Design and Innovation

- Lead the creation of tailored CPaaS solutions that address customer-specific needs across industries (e.g., messaging, voice, video APIs).

- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, conversational bots) to incorporate them into the product roadmap.

3. Product Development Lifecycle Management

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

- Prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers and solution architects.

- Foster collaboration across departments (sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure alignment on product goals and

customer expectations.

- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product organization.

5. Customer Engagement and Market Fit

- Engage directly with key customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their expectations.

- Drive initiatives to achieve product-market fit by refining offerings based on user feedback and market demands.

- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

6. Financial Oversight

- Manage the product portfolio's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Allocate resources effectively to balance investments in innovation with profitability goals.

7. Compliance and Security

- Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and security standards through regular

assessments like VAPT & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in product management or solutioning roles within technology or CPaaS industries.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of CPaaS technologies (APIs for messaging, voice, video).

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in market analysis, customer engagement strategies, and financial management.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate vision across stakeholders at all levels.
