Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for Home Loans and LAP in small ticket sizes. The role involves managing DSAs and exploring the open market for lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with DSAs and other sales channels.
  • Drive sales of Home Loans and LAP achieving monthly targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities in the open market.
  • Oversee loan processing and approvals ensuring timely disbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory norms.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • Experience: 3 years in sales preferably in Home Loans and LAP.
  • Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and CRM proficiency.
