Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 2 to 6 Years (From Realestate / wellness)

Timings: 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across all departments. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews, while building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand manpower requirements from various departments and develop job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.

- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.

- Manage candidate communication, including sharing job descriptions, interview details, feedback, and offer negotiations.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external hiring partners.

- Ensure timely offer roll-outs, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Handle recruitment for junior to mid-level as well as critical niche positions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective negotiation and influencing ability.

- Good understanding of the real estate, hospitality, and wellness industry (preferred).

- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3-6 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to bulk hiring as well as niche profiles.

- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
