Job Purpose

Lead the sales activities of a region to ensure set targets are achieved with an objective to grow business

Role and Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.
  • Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
  • Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
  • Meet the set goals and sales targets
  • Conduct analysis / survey of sales territory to plan required interventions to improve efficiency.
  • Interact with internal teams with a view to provide inputs to operations and supporting them through the process of target realization.
  • Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service.
  • Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.
  • Present periodic reports to management on sales operations

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA with a good academic record

Skills and experience:

  • At least 2 - 5 year of field sales experience of Merchant acquiring / Banking industry or field sales Experience
  • Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
