As a WebGL Developer, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality 3D content, including real-time graphics and visualisations, using WebGL. Youll collaborate with a team of creative designers and developers to build engaging and responsive 3D applications that run smoothly across devices and browsers.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and optimize WebGL-based 3D applications and visualisations.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate 3D models, animations, and interactions into web applications.- Ensure the performance and stability of WebGL content across multiple browsers and devices.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that is optimized for speed and rendering performance.- Create interactive 3D visualizations, animations, and simulations using WebGL and related technologies (e.g., Three.js, GLTF, Shaders).- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to rendering, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.- Implement best practices for responsive design to ensure that 3D content looks great on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in WebGL, 3D web development, and related technologies.Requirements : - Proven experience with WebGL and 3D rendering on the web.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 with a focus on performance and optimization.- Experience working with libraries such as Three.js, Babylon.js, or other 3D rendering frameworks.- Familiarity with WebVR, WebXR, and WebAssembly for creating immersive experiences is a plus.- Experience in developing complex 3D graphics, shaders, and visualizations for web applications.- Proficiency in optimizing web applications for performance, including managing memory, reducing load times, and improving frame rates.- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, particularly in debugging rendering issues.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with 3D modeling and design tools like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.- Knowledge of GLSL shaders, custom 3D animations, and physics simulations in the browser.- Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for web integration.- Understanding of Node.js, Webpack, and other front-end build tools.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Why Join Ctruh?- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.- Opportunities for professional growth, training, and career advancement.- Health and wellness benefits.- Creative and inclusive work culture.- Exposure to exciting projects in the field of 3D web technologies.
