- Implement and enforce access governance policies to ensure appropriate access controls.

- Manage privileged accounts and enforce strict access controls.

- Integrate SSO and MFA solutions to enhance security.

- Integrate applications with identity and access management systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM and IDAM related issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM and security best practices.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in PAM and IDAM implementation and management.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and principles.

- Experience with identity governance, access governance, and privileged account management.

- Hands-on experience with SSO and MFA solutions.

- Experience with application integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in identity and access management (e.g., CISSP, CISA).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation.

- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
