Bilingual Client Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator to support their legal team in streamlining lead handling, enhancing client engagement, and improving overall operational efficiency.
Languages: Spanish (Must have a basic understanding) and English.
Salary: Up to 1,000 USD/monthly
Years of experience: 1-2 years
Contract: The role is offered under monthly contracts on a rolling basis. Contracts are renewed based on your performance and the company's evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Ensure all lawyers have a steady flow of appointments by keeping their calendars full and well-organized.
- Perform appointment reminders and confirmations via SMS and/or calls.
- Increase Lead-to-Deal Conversion
- Qualify and follow up on leads to significantly boost conversion rates.
- Identify and qualify incoming leads.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with all prospects.
- Resource Optimization
- Consolidate lead management under one dedicated role to utilize resources more efficiently.
- Enhanced Customer Experience
- Deliver personalized and timely communication that enhances client satisfaction.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments while ensuring client commitment.
- Managing multiple social channels (e.g., Messenger, Direct Messages, WhatsApp).
- Following up and scheduling appointments for the intake team.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to refine lead generation efforts.
- Handling campaigns promptly via platforms like Just Call.
- Generating performance reports and analytical insights.
- Managing the live chat function on the website.
Expected Work Schedule (Indian Time):
Working hours are from 3:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, divided into two shifts:
- First Shift: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST (includes a 1-hour break)
- Second Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM IST (includes a 1-hour break)
Candidates must be open to working either shift, depending on team needs.
