Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica MDM C360 Architect with extensive experience in Master & Reference Data Management, specifically within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and architectural leadership in Informatica Cloud MDM C360, as well as a proven ability to integrate with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, and SAP.
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable) :
Domain Expertise :
- Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Deep knowledge of Patient and Customer (HCP/HCO) data models.
MDM Technology :
- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM C360 (Cloud and On-Premise).
- Experience leading architecture and implementation of MDM solutions.
Platform Integration :
- Integration experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health/Marketing Cloud, and SAP.
Data Governance :
- Proficiency in Alation, Data Catalog, Business Glossary or similar tools.
Data Handling Skills :
- Deep understanding of workflow orchestration, matching rules, hierarchy management, and data security models.

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Informatica MDM C360 Architect to lead our Master and Reference Data Management initiatives, with a specialized focus on the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical and architectural leadership in both Informatica Cloud MDM C360 and On-Premise solutions.
You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing robust MDM architectures, ensuring seamless integration with critical enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Veeva CRM, and SAP, all while upholding rigorous data governance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
MDM Solution Architecture & Leadership :
- Serve as the lead architect for Informatica MDM C360 (Cloud and On-Premise) implementations, providing technical vision and guidance.
- Design and develop robust Master & Reference Data Management solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and data quality.
- Apply deep understanding of workflow orchestration, matching rules, hierarchy management, and data security models within MDM.
Life Sciences Domain Expertise :
- Leverage proven experience in the Life Sciences industry to tailor MDM solutions to specific industry needs.
- Apply deep knowledge of Patient and Customer (HCP/HCO) data models to ensure comprehensive and compliant data management.
Enterprise Platform Integration :
- Lead the integration of Informatica MDM C360 with key enterprise platforms, including Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health/Marketing Cloud, and SAP.
- Design robust data flow strategies and integration patterns to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization.
Data Governance & Quality :
- Implement and enforce strong data governance practices, utilizing tools like Alation, Data Catalog, Business Glossary, or similar platforms.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across all master data initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure successful project delivery.
