Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer/Analyst with a deep understanding of master data management principles, data integration, and the Informatica MDM Hub. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing MDM solutions and integrating data across diverse enterprise systems.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to data quality, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve master data governance and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions using Informatica MDM Hub, Provisioning Tool, and Business Entity Services.
  • Configure match and merge rules, trust rules, and survivorship logic based on business requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, legacy systems) into the MDM system.
  • Develop data cleansing, standardization, and validation routines to ensure master data quality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and data architects to define MDM strategy and requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement hierarchy management, workflow, and security roles in MDM.
  • Document solution architecture, data models, mappings, and transformation logic.
  • Support MDM platform upgrades, patching, and release management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub and related components).
  • 6+ years of Healthcare Domain experience
  • Proficient in data modeling, match/merge rules, trust & survivorship configurations, and metadata management.
  • Experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Informatica MDM Customer 360, Supplier 360, or Product 360.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Informatica IDQ, or Axon.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Informatica Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Relevant Informatica certifications (e.g., Informatica MDM Specialist).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
