Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience who’s ready to bring some serious energy to our company. You’ll be the one identifying and driving new business opportunities, all while building great relationships and making deals happen. You know how to turn a conversation into a connection and a lead into a long-term client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new business opportunities that align with our core services in filmmaking, digital marketing, and stall design
  • Develop creative strategies that help us grow and hit our revenue goals (while having fun doing it)
  • Build long-lasting client relationships – we’re all about genuine connections
  • Use your network, events, and good ol’ fashioned sales skills to generate leads and spark new conversations
  • Create compelling pitches and proposals that get clients excited to work with us
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both the client and Creative Garage
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activity, and what’s happening in the industry
  • Collaborate with our in-house creatives to bring tailored solutions to life
  • Report on business development wins and keep the momentum going

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the creative or media world
  • A proven track record of sales success – you’ve got that sales flair
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills – you know how to sell without sounding too “salesy”
  • A natural networker who loves to build relationships
  • Strong business instincts and a good understanding of market trends
  • Ability to work independently and get things done, but also a great collaborator with our team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creative industries (filmmaking, digital marketing, design)

Salary Bracket: 15K -25K/ Monthly
