Assistant Vice President

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals from capital markets who can drive our efforts
to expand Oister’s reach in the HNI and Ultra HNI network and help them build their portfolio like
an institution.
Role description:
• Position the product in the market to HNI / Ultra HNIs, banks & institutions, as a highly
promising wealth creation opportunity
• Stay well informed about Indian and Global trends influencing investments in the private
markets in India
• Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting. Co-ordinating with the respective
departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post sales requirements
• Look after all aspects of Sales activities for Private Market products and ensuring that
monthly as well as Quarterly targets are achieved
• Ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets. Deeping
relationships and enhancing market share
• Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal
information tools, using them to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premiere
Distribution clients
Candidate description:
• Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products. Understanding of
Private Market is preferred but not necessary
• Deep understanding of the sales process
• Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in English and one regional language is
desired
• Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market
• Strong negotiation skills
