Job Title : Technical Project ManagerExperience : 5 - 10 Type : Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Python development and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. You will act as a bridge between the development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Provide technical guidance and oversee Python-based application development.- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.- Monitor project performance and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.- Mentor and guide developers in Python best practices, code quality, and design patterns.- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Product Owners) for project success.- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in Python.- 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager.- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system architecture.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
