Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Technical Project Manager
with strong expertise in
Python development
and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. You will act as a bridge between the development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee Python-based application development.
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide developers in Python best practices, code quality, and design patterns.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Product Owners) for project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in Python.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
