Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. - Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases. - Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms. - Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD workflows. - Proficient with tools like Postman, Git, and Docker. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with TypeScript. - Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai). - Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
