About the role
The Talent Acquisition Lead forg) With a focus on volume, hiring is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions within the organization's digital sales operations business. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to attract, engage, and retain qualified candidates in a competitive talent market. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee a team of recruiters, coordinate with hiring managers, and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, plans, and campaigns to support the organization's volume hiring needs for BPO operations. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR stakeholders, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective recruitment processes. Set clear goals, targets, and expectations for the recruitment team and monitor performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Implement proactive and innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Selection and Assessment:
Oversee the screening, assessment, and selection processes for BPO positions, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to identify top talent and assess fit for role and culture. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop selection criteria, and conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Recruitment Operations and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) practices, data privacy laws, and candidate rights. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, documentation, and reporting to track recruitment metrics, monitor progress, and support decision-making.Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
Promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract and retain top talent in the BPO industry, enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop employer branding materials, content, and messaging for recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition initiatives.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with a focus on volume hiring in the BPO industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams. Proven track record of success in implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives to meet volume hiring targets and business objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, selection techniques, and assessment methodologies, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HR technologies, with the ability to leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What’s in it for you?
