A bout the Company:
This is a full-time staffing role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.
Location: Country/Region - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Walmart Marketplace performance — strategy, growth, and execution
- Lead marketplace operations: listings, optimizations, promotions, compliance, and reporting
- Solve problems proactively — from inventory issues to policy flags — with creative, decisive action
- Train into Temu (and other emerging marketplaces) to expand sales channels and future-proof growth
- Collaborate with internal teams on fulfillment, pricing, and inventory strategies
- Use data and reporting to identify opportunities and shape long-term marketplace strategy
- Lay the foundation to build, lead, and mentor a team as the business scales
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven leadership ability — able to own outcomes, drive strategy, and guide others
- 2+ years of hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience (Seller Center expertise required)
- Strong command of flat files, bulk uploads, feed tools, and compliance workflows
- Familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) or equivalent
- Temu experience is a strong plus ; willingness to learn and train across platforms required
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset with creativity to push growth forward
- Comfortable using AnyDesk for secure server access
- eBay experience is a plus, but not required
