As it is a new cafe, the chef will have the responsibility and freedom to experiment and curate new dishes with the head chef. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Day-to-day tasks include creating the best dishes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ordering supplies, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
