We are looking for a Director – Development to drive our national growth strategy through management contracts and revenue-share partnerships.Location: Corporate Office – GurgaonScope: Pan IndiaRole Type: Leadership | Full-time | On-siteKey Responsibilities:- Drive hotel portfolio expansion across India - Source & close management contract and revenue-share projects - Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotel owners and investor partners - Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures - Work cross-functionally with legal, technical and finance teams - Travel for deal origination and closure meetings as requiredCandidate Profile:- 7–10 years of experience in hotel development (mandatory) - Proven track record in hotel signing and deal closure - Strong network with hotel developers, owners and real estate groups - Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability - Professional presence and relationship-building skills - Target and result-oriented mindsetImportant Note:Only candidates with relevant hotel development experience should apply.
