Front-line client partner in driving business growth in assigned accounts or a successful break-in in new accounts for medical communication, multichannel technologies & solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Primary client contact for assigned accounts responsible for overall account success and delivery of high-quality projects
  • Responsible for driving organic business growth in assigned accounts as well as new accounts providing medical communications, multichannel technologies & solutions to include the following:

-> Expanding the company footprint in key accounts

-> Development of short- and long-term strategies

-> Assist in developing competitive positioning, and key messages, utilizing client feedback and evaluation of long-term industry trends

-> Successful execution of established account strategy


  • Responsible for leading a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, and mentoring as needed and ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Responsible for leading the presales activity for the assigned accounts developing proposals, conducting business pitches, and other business closing activities as needed
  • This position requires ability to work closely with business leadership, marketing, operations, program management, products & technology, and finance to ensure all teams are kept informed of all account and or project changes or changes in project scope
  • Very organized with ability to multi-task and pivot as account needs change:

->Ability to travel as needed.


Qualifications


  • 3-6 years of previous experience in Project and Team Management, Business Development or Sales
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
