We are looking for a talented Lead Generator to join our team and help us expand our reach and client base.


Role Overview: As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting with potential clients on . You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that align with our target audience—small to mid-sized business owners in North America. Your work will directly impact our sales pipeline and overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients on who fit our target profile.
  • Use tools and strategies to generate and qualify leads.
  • Engage with potential clients through personalized outreach, including messages and connection requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and manage leads through CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics and insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably on or other B2B platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ’s features, tools, and best practices for networking and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of small to mid-sized business owners in North America is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management processes.
