We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Operations, this role is pivotal in shaping and leading our talent acquisition strategy. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruitment plans, enhancing our employer branding, and refining our hiring processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Working closely with department heads, you'll gain an understanding of their staffing needs, providing support and guidance to ensure their hiring objectives are met.
Your efforts in leading our recruitment strategy will not only enhance our brand in the tech industry but also help us attract and retain the talent necessary for our continued growth.
- Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the tech consulting industry, ensuring a wide reach to diverse, top-tier talent.
- Work in partnership with department heads and hiring managers to clearly understand and meet staffing needs, managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Utilize recruitment software and platforms to streamline hiring processes, monitor candidate progress, and gather analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Manage strategic sourcing strategies for priority talent segments, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Handle the negotiations and salary packages for offers in accordance with company salary banding.
- Manage compliance and background verifications for all candidates.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering an environment of growth and learning and cultivating a culture of recruitment excellence.
- Continuously innovate the recruitment process by leveraging new technologies and best practices, aiming to enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in tech recruitment, software development, data analytics, and ERP solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, and formal education in Human Resources.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on technical recruitment in the tech consulting sector.
- You have experience working in every stage of Talent acquisition, from planning, sourcing, screening, interviews and offer. Your experience and knowledge of best practices allows you excel in this space, and you are a master of your craft.
- Results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers on key objectives.
- Strong passion for recruitment, with a creative and proactive approach to attracting and engaging top technical talent.
- Demonstrated success in scaling talent acquisition efforts in a growing tech consulting environment.
- Collaborative team player who can effectively engage and motivate others to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Recruiter, with a knack for leveraging social media and professional networks in recruitment efforts.
