This role is for the India Market

At Pepper Content you'll be:

Our Senior Social Media Project Manager (Creative) role partners with customers to produce strategies and manage social media and creative programs and production for enterprise companies. Your goal will be to generate growth outcomes for customers, leading to long, trusted relationships.

The role would involve with -

Social Media Content strategy creation

  • Create and optimize social media strategies for customers with input and guidance from your manager
  • Create and manage social media content calendars that align with a customer's content strategy
  • Generate impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces, ensuring a robust pipeline of engaging material that supports overall strategic goals
  • Create a consultative experience for Pepper's customers by offering expertise and thoughtful analysis of the customer's content and how it impacts customer goals

Social Media Content execution

  • Guide clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation.
  • Oversee and execute miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the accounts.
  • Coordinate with teams internally like content, design, & more to oversee execution.
  • Overlooking & execution of billing for their respective clients and brief understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis)
  • Strategize and execute go to market plans across the digital ecosystem which would include strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget.
  • Upselling the existing clients.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a Lead Account Manager with experience of 5 to 7 Years who comes from a creative digital agency background
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing content strategies, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
  • Understanding of distribution channels for content, including search, social, and email
