This role is for the India Market, where you'll be part of our team working with top clients like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and numerous startups.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Senior Social Media Project Manager (Creative), you will work closely with customers to develop strategies and manage social media and creative programs for enterprise companies.

Your primary goal will be to drive growth outcomes for our clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust.

You'll have the unique chance to collaborate with leading enterprise brands, staying at the forefront of content marketing best practices.

Social Media Content Strategy:
  • Create and optimize social media strategies for customers in collaboration with your manager.
  • Develop social media content calendars aligned with customer content strategies.
  • Conceive impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces, ensuring a robust pipeline of engaging material supporting overall strategic objectives.
  • Offer consultative expertise to Pepper's customers, providing thoughtful analysis of their content and its impact on customer goals.
Social Media Content Execution:
  • Guide clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation.
  • Oversee daily account operations, including miscellaneous requests and coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage client billing and maintain an understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis).
  • Strategize and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, encompassing analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget.
  • Pursue upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Lead Account Manager role from a creative digital agency background.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute content strategies, track performance, and achieve high-impact results.
  • Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and their commercial implications.
  • Understanding of content distribution channels, including search, social, and email.
