Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to join our team. If you have a knack for social media trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling, we want to hear from you This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) to boost engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
  • Handle online reputation management (ORM), responding to DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest innovative strategies.
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.

Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
