Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Financial solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Work on at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Specialize in SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA), and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
- Create functional specifications for ABAP developers to facilitate custom development.
- Perform thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and create comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Apply strong finance domain expertise to drive SAP project success, understanding and translating business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies, maintaining quality and control.
- Identify and resolve system and data-related issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and effective problem-solving.
- Integrate FICO modules with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrated involvement in at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and their integration within SAP.
- Excellent team-building, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
