Job Title: TechOrbit - Practice Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Content Management (ECM) leader to spearhead our ECM initiatives across solutioning, delivery, presales, competency development, and P&L management. This includes developing and executing comprehensive strategies aligned to business goals, leveraging best practices, reusable components, and accelerators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the ECM practice, focusing on capability development, resource planning, and team mentoring.
- Define ECM strategy aligned to business objectives, encompassing roadmaps, best practices, reusable components, and accelerators.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and platforms in the ECM space to drive innovation.
- Lead ECM presales efforts: responding to RFPs/RFIs, crafting solution architecture, building-proposals, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and win strategic deals.
- Oversee the overall solution strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance across customer engagements.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of complex ECM programs across industries, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Establish robust delivery frameworks and governance models for risk management, SLA adherence, and escalation handling.
- Drive account mining and upselling within existing clients in collaboration with the sales team.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of total IT experience, including at least 8 years in ECM leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in ECM platforms like OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, FileNet, Alfresco, or similar.
- Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and large-scale ECM program delivery.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with global clients and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant ECM certifications are a plus (e.g. OpenText Certified Expert, Microsoft 365, FileNet Certified, etc.).

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to AI/ML-based content extraction, intelligent document processing (IDP), or RPA integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ECM solutions and migration strategies (e.g. OpenText Cloud, M365, AWS, Azure).
