Job Title:Senior US Payroll Executive Job Location:Visakhapatnam Experience Required:Minimum 4+ Years Educational Qualification:M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilledSenior US Payroll Executivewith strong experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, along with excellent communication and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: ManageUS and Canada payroll processingwith accuracy and compliance. Work extensively onADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools . Prepare and file401K reportsin compliance with statutory requirements. Review and reconcileunemployment tax ratesand ensure timely filing. Ensure payroll compliance withUS GAAP standards(knowledge preferred). Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting. Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum4+ years of experiencein US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage). Strong working knowledge ofADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems . Hands-on experience in401K report filingand tax compliance. Knowledge ofUS GAAPwill be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills. Excellentverbal and written communication skills . Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Shift Timing:2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Location:Rushikonda Hill No: 2, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Work From Office)
