The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, review and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle garnishments, and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll operations and providing excellent payroll services to employees.Qualifications- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll for employees - Working knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with legal regulations - Experience handling Garnishments and resolving payroll discrepancies - Skills in Payroll Services to ensure employee satisfaction and prompt issue resolution - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data - Proficiency in payroll software systems; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
