About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Production Creative Lead to elevate the creative output of our Delhi Studio. This role oversees photography, video production, styling direction, and post-production quality, while leading a high-performing creative team.Key Responsibilities: Own creative quality across catalog, editorial, and video shoots Translate briefs into strong, trend-aligned visual concepts Lead and mentor photographers, videographers, stylists & editors Drive creative direction on-set and in post-production Attend client briefings and ensure alignment on creative outcomes Create pitch decks, moodboards, and concepts for business growth Collaborate with operations to plan efficient shoot workflows Integrate AI tools to improve output quality and speed Build case studies and showcase studio work across channelsQualifications: 6–10+ years in creative leadership roles in studio environments Strong portfolio in photography/videography Experience leading teams in high-volume setups Deep understanding of fashion/e-commerce trends Excellent communication & client-handling skills Familiarity with AI creative workflows is a bonus
