Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of CG artists. Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Technical Supervisors to align art and production goals. Create visual guidelines, style frames, and reference materials. Review storyboards, layouts, and renders to ensure consistency and top-tier quality. Partner with technical teams to enhance workflows and solve production challenges.What You Bring 7+ years in CG/VFX/gaming/animation, with 3+ years in art direction or team leadership. A strong portfolio showcasing artistic vision and CG expertise. Mastery of industry-standard tools and deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline.
