Job Description Creative Supervisor – Copy Location: Delhi NCR Type: Full-time Minimum 3 years of Agency Experience About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Supervisor (Copy) who can think fast, write sharp, and lead creative ideas from concept to execution. You’ll be the one ensuring that the words, ideas, and visuals across our campaigns work together seamlessly; and that they all actually mean something. This isn’t a “sit back and wait for approvals” kind of role. It’s hands-on, collaborative, and demands someone who’s comfortable jumping between clients, styles, and formats at a moment’s notice without losing momentum. What You’ll Do Lead the creative direction for multiple clients across industries. Develop content plans from scripts and captions to overarching campaign ideas. Assist on shoots to make sure what’s on paper translates effectively on camera. Collaborate closely with videographers, designers, editors, and photographers to bring ideas to life. Maintain brand tone and quality across all communication touch points. Provide constructive feedback to ensure the final output matches the creative intent. What You’ll Need A solid command of the English language: clarity, tone, and nuance matter here. The ability to switch tones of voice and writing styles easily to suit different brands. A surface-level understanding of design and filmmaking, enough to communicate effectively with the people bringing your ideas to life. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. A self-starter mindset, someone who doesn’t need constant oversight but knows when to ask the right questions. Nice to Have Experience writing for digital-first brands or multi-platform campaigns. Basic familiarity with production workflows or visual storytelling. A personal creative streak- whether that’s in film, photography, design, or writing.
