Financial Strategy & Planning:- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.2. Financial Management & Operations:- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).- Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and internal controls.3. Risk Management & Compliance:- Identify financial and operational risks; develop mitigation strategies.- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.- Oversee audits (internal and external) and maintain strong governance practices.4. Leadership & Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial operations with business goals.5. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, lenders, and financial institutions.- Prepare board presentations and communicate financial performance effectively.- Support fundraising, M&A activities, and capital structure optimization.6. Operational & Business Support:- Provide financial modeling and analysis for new business initiatives.- Partner with operational teams to drive profitability and efficiency improvements.- Support pricing decisions, cost-control initiatives, and performance tracking.Qualifications & degree in Finance plus 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate strategy.- Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, etc.).Skills & Competencies:- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.- Deep understanding of corporate finance, cash management, and reporting standards.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.- Strategic thinker with strong business judgment.- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced financial tools.
