About Role: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer closure. - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen rsums, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interviews with functional leaders and ensure timely feedback. - Manage candidate communication and maintain an exceptional candidate experience. - Lead salary discussions, offer negotiations, and final onboarding coordination. - Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. - Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment standards. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment. - Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Familiarity with ATS tools will be an added advantage.
