Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring top-tier talent, creating and maintaining a strong employer brand, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs. The Specialist will also play a role in strategizing and improving overall talent acquisition efforts in line with organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategiesExperience with Hiring and Interviewing processesKnowledge in Employer Branding to attract and retain talentProven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersEffective communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage high workload and meet deadlinesExperience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics is preferredPrevious experience in a similar senior-level recruiting role is advantageous
