Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage product development master data, including material code generation, BOM creation, inspection, and updates.
  • Build and optimize workflows based on the PDM platform; drive process efficiency and standardization of product data.
  • Manage PDM accounts and user permissions.
  • Monitor daily PDM system operations; consolidate issue lists, coordinate with IT teams, and track resolution status.
  • Conduct system training, installation, initialization setup, and develop SOPs and user guides.
  • Perform software configuration, testing, and maintenance of the PDM system.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to PDM operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with strong familiarity in mainstream PDM platforms and backend operation.
  • Solid understanding of product data management, including material coding, BOM, change control, document/version/product information management.
  • Experience in PLM/PDM system implementation or participation from the client-side is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and teamwork; able to work under pressure with good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
